Hastings Nutrition & Coaching helps busy parents get fitter, healthier and stronger.

As an online fitness coach and personal trainer, William faced a significant challenge in creating a strong presence in the highly competitive fitness industry. He struggled with using his previous logo, which was too intricate and only worked on a white background.

William was struggling to onboard clients and needed to create a strong online presence to stand out from the sea of same. Additionally, he needed a platform to bring his clients together, offer nutritional and educational content, and save time from doing manual client management.

To address William’s challenges and objectives, we designed a brand identity that incorporated the H to represent the company name, was empowering, clean, modern, and versatile. The branding was directed at a more masculine audience due to working with a majority of men. The green teal and black colour scheme was created to look professional and create a bold impact.

Due to having different programmes William needed a website that had different portals for each service and would help him to save time and build a community. The members portal needed to store all of his content, manage and track clients, take payments, onboard clients, and offer nutritional and educational content.


The new brand identity and members portal have enabled William to stand out in the highly competitive fitness industry, helping busy working parents and offering his clients a custom experience. After 45 days of launching the new website, William achieved 12 new sign-ups, saving time as the members portal takes payments and onboards clients, adding value for his clients, and gaining 40+ followers on social media. After six months of the launch, William has seen continual growth, with over double client sign-ups per month, no client complaints since his clients joined a user-friendly members area, and increased customer loyalty.

Overall, the new brand identity and members portal have allowed William to create a clear vision, direction and scale his business, save time, and offer his clients a custom experience.
