First we begin by getting to know you and your business a little better.
We will send you a website workbook. Once this is completed it gives us a better understanding of your business and vision for the future which helps us create the most complimentary design possible.
A portal will also be set up for you where you can store all of your documents, website content and easily see the process of each stage of the website. You will also be able to access some guides on how to help structure the copy for your new website and how to write better headlines and hooks.
Designs + Concepts
Once all of the information has been processed we will begin to transform your discovery into a website mockup. Initially, you will receive your home page and 1 other page fully designed. Once this has been signed off we will then work on the rest of the website.
Once a mockup has been created for the whole website you’ll receive an in-depth presentation containing your design along with high-resolution mock-ups and imagery so you can really see your website come to life.
Website build
This is where we bring your vision to life!
Once the mock-up has been approved, we will build your website in Squarespace that replicates the design. We will also help you with connecting your domain, Google Analytics and setting up your GDPR, Privacy and Cookie policies.
Moodboards
After our initial discovery we will continue to research all of the requirements that were discussed and put together a couple of moodboards. The moodboards will include a range of elements such as images, concepts, colours and styles to help guide the design in future phases.
All together this will propose the general “look and feel” of the website design we intend to create. We will gather feedback from you before moving on to the website mockup.
Refinement
Within your website package you get two rounds of revisions. A revision is a minor amend, for example you may want to change the colour palette or adjust some of the images.
This gives you an opportunity to refine the website mockups to make it perfect and align with your vision for the company.
This is a collaborative process where we will work together to successfully finalise the design.

FAQs
An amend is to make any changes to the artwork or design once you have received the initial concepts.
Yes we do! But we will require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project start date. The final amount will be required upon completion of the project.
We accept different payment options such as bank transfer, PayPal and Stripe.
As much as you like! The more information you can provide on the discovery call and in the workbook the more you will get out of the project.
Collaboration and communication is the key to success. It’s important that you’re happy with the results and you will get out what you put in.
Each project package has a different time scale. A website can take a minimum of 4-6 weeks. We will be able to give you an estimated launch date during our 1:1 call.
We book in client projects on a first come first served basis. Please give us enough notice before your deadline. Printed projects can take longer due to printing and delivery.
